(Kk.) Christina nodded to herself. Her fingers flying across the keys on her iPhone 5. 'Kk. Comin' soon.' Christina walked downstairs. "Hey mom. Going to Skylar's house. She wants to hang out." Christina's mom agrees and says it is ok to go over there. She quickly gets in her red passot and drives over. She is wearing a big and baggy letter sweatshirt and dark jeans. She knocks on the door.

Christina nodded. "So what will we be doing tonight?" she asked Skylar. She quickly texted her mom saying that she got here safely from being about fifteen minutes away from Skylar. Her mom instructed her when she got her first phone that whenever she goes somewhere without her she should text her immediately as she got there.

I received the text, adn texted back. 'coming. May be ten min or so, my mother doesn't like me goin. Hv to sneak out. U know she's too protective.' I walked to my mom. "Can I go out to the movies tonight?" It was a lie, but it might work.

I received the text. 'yeh sure. Comin' I texted back. I ran to my room, brushed my hair and put on clothing instead of the pjs I had been in all day. I ran down the stairs. "Mom! I'm going out!" I heard a affirmative from my mom and dashed out the door. I didn't need to ask, considering I was just visiting and usually lived somewhere else, but it was habit. I ran down the block and knocked on the door.

I looked at my phone as it beeped. As I saw 'k' from Skylar I pounded on my mom's door. "Can I go to the movies?!?" My mom came out the door in her towel. "I'll come with you." She said. I shook my head. "No, that's alright." She looked at me. "To be careful, you can't go alone. Now, I'm coming or your not going." I glared at her then gave her the puppy eyes. "Pleeeaaasseee Mommy?" I cringed as I said it. She was not my 'mommy', but I guess I had to do what I had to do. I hugged her. She sighed. "I guess I have to let you grow up." She looked at me sternly though. "Be back by midnight. No sleeping over at a 'friends'." I rolled my eyes to myself but said "Thank you!" And dashed out the door. I ran over to Skylar's, panting as I got there. I opened the door and called out as I walked in. "My mom wouldn't let me go, but I'm here now." And sat down. "What are we doing?"

I nodded my head. "What are we doing?" And sat down. I looked up as Paul walked in. "Hey." I said casually.
