Rarely did the two fight, and if they did, it was together. But one day, this all changed. Animals started dying. Crops stopped

Rarely did the two fight, and if they did, it was together. But one day, this all changed. Animals started dying. Crops stopped
growing. The rivers dried up. Weird creatures now roamed the land, and killed everything.
The Humans and the dragons fought over what land was left. Many died, but those who survived
made a pact. They would share until the end.
It was then when a young man, by the name of Kuphox Baleful, and a dragon, Leusler, came up with an idea.
The two species could work together again, but differently. Using the idea from riding horses,
Kuphox, a blacksmith, created a saddle for the dragon. She thought it was a great idea.
They could attack the Deathghouls from the air, with fire and weapons.
But everyone laughed. No one thought it would work. Even King Joraydel Baleful, his own brother,
looked down at him when he heard the idea. The king threated him for making foolish ideas that
would endanger the kingdom. Kuphox practiced with Leusler, and soon, got into the air.
They killed a Deathghoul, and proved the king wrong.
King Joraydel then gave him a school to teach five people, The Dragon squad, to fly dragons.
They picked five young souls to take to the Cave to pick their dragons.
They became the first Dragon Squad, lead by Kuphox and Leusler."

November 26;
"This is where you, young reader, come in.
You have been selected to join the ranks of the Dragon School.
You will be picked up on the tenth of december.
That gives you two weeks to prepare to be taken to the Cave
To not only pick your partner, but your friend."
You close the scroll.

*Please, try to do at least 4-5 sentences: I know that everyone gets writer's block, but please don't constantly do short posts.
*Fill out the forum or make your own but have the required material.
*You may only have 2 characters: One human, one dragon. You can play NPC, though.
