Christina had a spark of anger flickering in her eye yet the rest was sadness. Her blue eyes almost filling with tears.

Jacob had a confused look on his face as he looked between the two.He did the only thing he could think of.Jacob slowly walked up to Christina and hugged her tight.

Christina pushed Jacob away. "Theres nothing you can do to help so why try?" she questioned him not wanting an answer back. "Now what game do you want to play?" she asked the group calmly.

I looked at Christina. Normally I would of hugged her but Jacob already did that... Even if I thought that wasn't a good idea. I walked up slowly and put my hand on her shoulder. I whispered. "You OK?" I said louder. "Don't care." And shrugged slightly.

Christina then said to Elspeth "It is fine. As I already said 'There is nothing you can do to help so why try?' now what game do you want to play?" she asked the group once again.

That sparks a little anger in me, but it was fought down with sympathy. "Thought I was your best friend." I muttered. Then I said "Whatever, don't care. As I said before.."

Christina laughed. "Sure!" she said. "Not it! Alright Elspeth is it!" she called out. Before sprinting away and out of the house.

I looked at him and smiled, rolling my eyes and shaking my head. I walked over and shoved him almost feebly. "Yeah, definitely, Jacob." I looked to Christina and called out "Hey!"

I rolled my eyes and watched Elspeth shove him, my job. I looked, slightly confused that we were actually doing it.

Christina kept on running and ran into the back yard. Quickly climbing the tree house ladder and then going past the entrance of the tree house where there was no ladder and more difficult to climb. She soon found a sturdy branch with lots of leaves to hide her.

Jacob shrugged ''You better run paul.'' he said with a smirk and ran to the backyard quickly hiding inside of a bush.
