Max herd someone outside of the shed. He was quite when he realized he left the shed door open.
Skylar was still looking for a spot to hide so she went in to the closet. She played down in the very back.

I smiled, shivering. I raised my hands, running them through her hair slowly and breathing in and out. I just looked at her for a second and again smiled. I leaned up and kissed her once more, although I pulled back sooner than later. "We should go find the others." I breathed.

I smiled, returning the kiss happily. I slowly stood up, but holding the kiss. I pulled back, putting my arms up in mock surrender as I stood up. I grabbed her hand and ran in the other direction. "Come on!"

I slowed down as we reached the yard and dropped her hand. I saw Elspeth look up from some bushes. "I've got over here!" She called. I nodded and turned to Chris, "Where now?"

"Ok." I said and ran in that direction, my feet pounding over the ground. I didn't really care though, it's not like the kids could move. I walked over to the shed, the door was open, but that might be a trick. I stepped in, fumbling around to see if there was a light switch.
